Seminary will be changing effective November 26th.  Please contact Brother or Sister Collins for more information.  This blog will be administered by someone else as part of the change.  I will be sure to keep you updated on our progress :)  Happy Thanksgiving!

Education Fireside Wednesday Night

EHS Seminarians,

As you know, we have been invited to a CES fireside at the Roswell building on Wednesday night (Sept. 12).  We are so excited to meet with representatives from BYU and the Institutes of Religion; it should be a great program!

There has been a slight scheduling change for you to be aware of for Thursday morning seminary.  There WILL be seminary on Thursday morning as usual.  If you attend the fireside and want to sleep in on Thursday, please let us know - you will get credit.  Or you can use the fireside as a makeup day (yay!).  We look forward to a great week ...

Seminary Starts Tomorrow!

We look forward to seeing you all bright and early tomorrow (Wednesday, August 1, 2012) morning at 5:50 AM!  I know parents are trying to work out carpooling....check out the FB group and email for details.

2012-2013 Seminary Get Together

Seminarians and Parents:

Our get together for seminary will be at the Pavilion at the Allatoona Ward Building on Sunday, July 22, 2012 from 12:00-12:15.  We'll be briefly be talking about the schedule for this year, our course of study, and transportation to school.  We can't wait to see you!

Young Adult Fireside

Graduating Seniors - You've been invited to an Institute Fireside on May 6th.  It will be a broadcast with speaker Marlin Jensen.  It begins at 6pm MDT. 

Seminary Graduation

The end of the 2011-2012 seminary year is coming!  We will be having stake seminary graduation on Sunday, May 20th at 7:00pm at the Stake Center.  Seniors should be there by 6:30pm. 

We need y'all to keep coming!  80% attendance is sooo important so you can get your certificate of completion or graduation diploma!

Centennial Seminary Fireside

On Sunday, January 22nd at 7:30pm at the Allatoona/Woodstock Ward building, we will be having a fireside/worldwide broadcast to celebrate seminary's centennial.  Treats will be served in the YW room at 7:30 and the broadcast is in the chapel at 8:00pm.  All parents, seminary students, youth leaders and rising seminary students (youth aged 12 and up) are invited to attend.

This is a joint activity with the Woodstock Ward and Cherokee Branch.  Please come!
